General Policies

The reception is officially open from 9:00 - 20:00, however there will always be a staff member in the house and the check-in time is flexible.


In case there occurs a need to cancel the reservatin, it has to be done so at least 24 hrs before arrival, otherwisethe Lisbon Dreams Guesthouse team will have to charge the first night on guest´s credit card and cancel the rest of the reservation.
